1.) Overview: Lorilei Cooley International Ministries dba Lorilei Cooley Ministries is a Non-Profit Corporation with a 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. Lorilei Cooley Ministries operates and functions in a prophetic and apostolic ministry to help teach, train, and equip others in the body of Christ through; the prophetic, counseling, mentoring, teaching, and equipping through group and public settings. These areas are not limited to what has just been mentioned, but also other areas where help can be provided that is ministry-related. Our vision and goal is to use these various areas of ministry mentioned above to encourage, edify, build, and uplift the body of Christ corporately.
2.) Social Media: The social media platforms that we use are; Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Weebly. We use these social media outlets for the sole purpose of fulfilling what the Lord has called us to do. Below are practices and policies for such use.
-The social media platform(s) that we use are a constituent part of our ministry, as we are mainly a social media and itinerant-based ministry. These platforms are used to release content from our ministry via written on a post, our website, released through our mailing list or released in a video (fb live or a video uploaded onto YouTube) through the social media platforms that we use to operate in our ministry.
-Any negative comments, any form of harassment, or other derogatory comments that is deemed inappropriate is not okay and will be reviewed and/or taken action as necessary as follows; the comment removed and/or that individual will be blocked on that social media platform to avoid and prevent further inappropriate behavior.
-The usage of these different social media outlets is only for the usage to release content or other ministry to the public. Any ministry released whether it is through prophetic word(s) and other content is not for self-promotion, advertisement, marketing or to seek out any other personal means or gain.
-In the different social media avenues that we use to share content it is posted publicly for everyone to view, share, and engage with. If you comment on the post or thread, then you are voluntarily consenting/agreeing for it to be made visible to all of the public to see and when you do post on the thread, it gives us permission to use the content that you post and share. This also applies if we do a Facebook live video and that video is also uploaded on YouTube for replay.
-When commenting on a post, video, or on our website please use discretion and be mindful that your comments are made available to the public eye to view. If you wish for your comment or post to be removed please email us and let us know to have it removed and taken down.
-If you comment or post within the thread of one of our posts, a live video or the replay of the video or tag us in a post; promoting your ministry, sharing links to your ministry website, where your book or other merchandise related to your ministry can be purchased, or to promote your ministry event it will be automatically removed and/or you may be blocked from any and all our social media accounts. Any post or video released through this ministry is to only release what the Lord wants to share and it is not for personal gain, public attention, or for self-promotion.
-If you have something you wan to promote for your ministry, please use your own social media account to share and promote your ministry. The social media accounts that we have pertaining to this ministry is not an outlet for other ministries to promote their ministry. Our intent is not for self-promotion for ourselves, through the use of the various social media outlets but to fulfill the mandate that the Lord has placed on our lives through the use of such outlets.
-If content is shared on any of our social media accounts from other ministries it is not for personal promotion such as; speaking engagement fliers with other ministries. If there is such, it will be use to make the public aware that Lorilei is speaking at an event and not using the speaking engagement flier for personal gain.
-We send out any written content and updates to our subscribers through our mailing list. If you respond to any of the emails sent out from our mailing list it give us the opportunity to respond back to that individual. Please know that when the mailing list goes out, majority of the emails sent out is content containing prophetic words. Please know that we are not able to offer any one-on-one ministry through the emails if you respond asking for such advice, you share your personal life circumstances through responding to a mailing list email, you ask us if the prophetic shared is for you, or you ask for prayer requests. The information that is collected through the third-party sources that this ministry uses such as; Pay Pal, Stripe (bank transfer uses Plaid), Donor Box, and Weebly. These third-parties that were mentioned that we use their direct links to their privacy policies are listed below.
-Under the 'Consumer Data Privacy and Security Act of 2021: 'This bill establishes standards for the collection of personal data, including prohibiting businesses from collecting such data without consent from the individual except as reasonably necessary for certain permissible purposes. Businesses must publish their privacy policies; implement data security programs to safeguard such data; and provide individuals with reasonable access to, and control of, their collected data.'
-We take high importance in keeping any private information collected private. This Privacy Policy is set forth to show you your privacy rights with the various third-party sources we use and how we handle your personal data.
-It is by law that we have a privacy policy publicly published and it is important that you read this privacy policy page in its entirety, so that you are completely aware of how we are collecting and using your data.
-If you voluntarily choose to visit our website at any time, your visit to our website is subjected to this privacy policy and acknowledgement to all that it contains, and that you agree to the terms of our policies.
-Weebly: Our mailing list is connected and integrated through our website engine Weebly. If, you decide to subscribe to our mailing list through our website your email information is stored within Weebly's website database.
-If, you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, by subscribing to our mailing list is voluntary as there is no obligation to subscribe. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
-When we receive email messages through the contact form we do not use any of the information that has been provided and collected into; the first and last name, email and other information that entered in on comment sections of the form to be used for any marketing, advertising nor is it shared with any other outside party or third-party affiliations. We do not disclose any of the personal information collected that are received to this ministry through the contact form to any outside sources, other ministries, individual(s), organization(s), or any other affiliation(s) for any purpose or publicly. All information that is collected through the form is kept private and confidential.
-Donations through: PayPal, Venmo, Bank transfer, Credit or Debit Card are done through the integrate application system Donor Box and securely processed through Stripe.
-We do not see or have access to any of the financial data that those third-party systems collect such as; bank account numbers, and credit and debit cards. Any of that information collected is securely saved and processed through their system.
-Data collected through those third-party entities that we use are; Name, email, and address (if available) for accounting and bookkeeping records for all donations received and to send out annual giving statements to all donors whether via email or by postal United States Post Office mail.

5.) Prophetic Words and Other Content:
-The prophetic words and/or other content that is released is presented corporately to the Body of Christ. It is recognized that people may be in different season in their life to receive that prophetic word and know that not every prophetic word released is for every person.
-Your first source of seeking confirmation if the word is indeed for you or not, is going directly to the Lord upon hearing and/or receiving the word.
-What is released through this ministry is inspired and led by the Holy Spirit, alongside, referencing scriptures from the Bible within the prophetic words and/or other content.
-Any person who is receiving the prophetic word must take this into consideration; use discernment and evaluate the prophetic word thoroughly, wisdom in how to handle the prophetic word if it is for you, pray and seek the Lord for confirmation if the prophetic word is for you or not, or seek counsel from more experienced and or seasoned leaders if the Lord leads you in that direction.
-We are not held liable for the result of; if you became misguided, misdirected, confused, and/or upset that the word did not happen for you, please seek the Lord and/or counsel as this is using wisdom when doing so.

Please make the time yourself to seek the Lord for your own individual life and circumstances.
6.) One-On-One Mentorship/Personal Ministry (TERMS AND CONDITIONS):
Mentorship Overview
-The services being provided through the One-On-One Mentorship is between Lorilei Cooley the (Mentor) to the individual (Mentee). This begins on the initial session with Lorilei, and any other sessions scheduled thereafter if applicable.
-The One-On-One Mentorship is designed to help those who may need individual and personal ministry. This could come in various forms of personal ministry through either; prophetic word(s), prayer, inner or physical healing, deliverance, word of knowledge, dream interpretation, insight, revelation, clarity, direction, guidance, and/or other personal breakthrough. This will happen through the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit.
-Any personal ministry and mentorship conducted during the session will be led Holy Spirit led through Lorilei. Lorilei will only release, speak, and share whatever the Lord prompts, leads her to do, and/or move upon, -- nothing outside of the leading of the Holy Spirit.
-Lorilei wants to make that sure you receive all that the Lord wants to release over you during the session—so be prepared when you login onto the session and know that time is limited, and that each session(s) will go by quickly.
-When you come to the session, come expecting directly from the Lord and not from Lorilei as Lorilei is only the vessel that the Lord is using to minister personally to you and to help facilitate breakthrough(s) into your life.
-Please don't come expecting Lorilei to prophesy the entire session. The purpose of the session is for you to come and receive what the Lord has for you and wants to do in your life. For example, it may be healing or realignment and not a prophetic word, however, the Lord moves be open to receive what He wants to do and not what you want the Lord to do for you.
-Each session(s) will vary depending on the leading of the Lord and if there is more than one session scheduled with the Mentee. They will not all the same.
-The acceptance of the Mentorship Terms & Conditions by the Mentee acknowledges that Lorilei Cooley is not a registered psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist, certified life coach, or licensed counselor, or provides any mental health services.
Software Use & Live Video Session
-All sessions are conducted on Google Meet through a live video and audio interaction. We highly recommend that you make sure that you have the application (app) on your device and access to it, to ensure that you can login in successfully before the scheduled mentorship session.
-If you don’t have Google Meet you will then need to create a Gmail account if you don’t have one already to access Google Meet.
-The live video one-on-one mentorship sessions are not recorded, and no video or audio replay will be available for playback.
Scheduled Sessions
-The scheduled session(s) are paid upon scheduling the session. If for whatever reason you need to reschedule your session for another date and time, and you have already paid for the session. You can do so through your Setmore account. This account should have been created upon scheduling the initial session.
-Before each scheduled session(s) you must review and accept the terms and conditions of our One-on-One Mentorship program. The scheduled session will not occur until the terms and conditions have been reviewed and accepted by the Mentee. This will occur for each scheduled session(s).
-Upon scheduling a one-on-one session, please make sure that if you have any questions, or things that you want to discuss or share -- be prepared and ready before the session starts so that you can discuss with Lorilei during the session(s).
-All scheduled sessions with the Mentee must be 18 years or older. If you are 18 years or younger minor, then you must be accompanied by an adult. No exceptions.
Cancellations
-If the Mentee needs to cancel their scheduled session at any time, please do so at least 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled session. Canceled sessions can be rescheduled as long as it is at least 24 hours in advance.
-If you cancel the sessions in less than 24 hours or don’t show up to your scheduled session there is no refund for the scheduled session. Remember you are paying for the scheduled time with Lorilei.
Confidentiality
-All information shared through the scheduled sessions is kept confidential and private. No information will be shared for any solicitation or marketing purposes with any other outside third-party entities, and/or other organizations.
-All information shared through each session(s) will remain strictly confidential between Lorilei (Mentor) and the individual (Mentee). In only such rare instances where it is required by law that the court might issue a subpoena to obtain or gather any information.
-If the Mentee chooses for Lorilei to speak to anyone outside of the scheduled sessions on their behalf, the Mentee will need to give Lorilei Cooley Ministries written permission. This could be done via email or by mail.
-The preferred method for this type of request is via email using the contact form here to keep accurate documented records. If you choose to do this by mail, please send it to the following address: Lorilei Cooley Ministries, P.O. Box 73463 Phoenix, AZ 85050.
-There are exceptions to confidentiality that relate to circumstances such as; if there is intent to seriously harm someone, suicidal thoughts, threats, or any abuse.
-Acceptance to the Mentorship Terms & Conditions is that Lorilei Cooley (Mentor) of Lorilei Cooley Ministries will keep all confidentiality regarding any of the one-on-one mentorship session(s) conducted with the Mentee.
-Any information disclosed to another, or any other outside entity is at the written permission and consent of the Mentee.
Service
-Any funds collected for each mentorship session it is considered a service and not a donation. It is not considered tax-deductible therefore you will not receive a Year-End Donation Statement for any services provided through Lorilei Cooley Ministries. That is only for donations.
Refund Policy
-There are no refunds for any of the sessions, as you are paying for the time scheduled with Lorilei to conduct the one-on-one mentorship session with you.
Time Zone
-We are located in Arizona, United States of America (USA), and in Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone. All sessions will be scheduled in this time zone. You will want to check your time zone to ensure that it aligns with the (MST) to schedule a convenient time that works for you.
Disclosures
-The One-On-One Mentorship is just to help guide and facilitate what the Lord wants to do in the Mentee’s life. This is a resource that is available to those who need personal individual ministry. Don’t rely on the mentorship more than the Lord as He is your direct number one source for all things.
-The One-On-One Mentorship is not required nor a requirement to take the mentorship. We will never coerce anyone to take the mentorship. The mentorship is voluntary to the individual/Mentee. There is no obligation to continue the mentorship at any time.
-It is for you to seek out the Lord wholeheartedly, willingly, and on your own for a complete and full understanding of what the Lord is saying to you in all things concerning your life, dreams, visions, word of knowledge, revelation, or whatever it may be that the Lord is revealing to you. You must seek Him first for confirmation, clarity, direction, understanding, insight, revelation, wisdom, and guidance.
-Please don’t come to each session(s) expecting Lorilei to have the answers to everything that you may ask. You will have to make decisions based on your own free will and on what you feel the Lord leading you to do not because someone told you to do it.
Release of Liability
-Each person who chooses to partake in paying for a scheduled One-On-One Mentorship session with Lorilei through Lorilei Cooley Ministries it is aware and understands that it is at your own personal risk and discretion.
-Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries will not be held liable for any personal decisions that you make in your life, situation(s), or circumstance(s) that are not the intended outcome that you wanted because of the session(s).
-The One-On-One Mentorship is a service that provides a variety of mentorship as mentioned above in the mentorship section of the Mentorship Terms & Conditions. The Mentee is aware that mentorship is in no way to be construed or substituted as any psychological or mental health counseling or any other type of advice.
-The Mentee understands and acknowledges that Lorilei and Lorilei Cooley Ministries will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the actions that a Mentee may or may not undertake because of any of the mentorship session(s).
-No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the Mentee requesting such advice agrees not to hold Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries responsible or anything liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord.
-The method and process by which this advice and direction is given is in no manner whatsoever, written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the Mentor or Lorilei Cooley Ministries and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than any clinical and medical counseling.
-This mentorship service is requested at the Mentee’s discretion and their own responsibility. Any actions or lack of actions taken by the Mentee of such advice is done so solely by the choice and responsibility of the Mentee and it is neither the responsibility nor liability of Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries.
-The Mentee takes full responsibility for the decisions that they make after being mentored as well as the consequences of any of their actions after each session(s). The Mentee enters the One-On-One mentorship with full understanding that they are responsible for any decisions they make after each mentorship session(s).
-In no event shall Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from any one-on-one mentorship conducted with the Mentee.
-Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries are released from all liability that could be held against Lorilei or Lorilei Cooley Ministries.
Acknowledgement & Acceptance
-You the (Mentee) acknowledges that you have read and understand the Mentorship Terms & Conditions and expectations of Lorilei as Mentor through Lorilei Cooley Ministries as highlighted in this document. If there are any further questions or inquiries that the Mentee may have about the One-On-One Mentorship, the Mentee acknowledges that they have asked before the digital acceptance of this document and before each session(s). The acceptance of the Mentorship Terms & Conditions indicates that the Mentee has read and fully understands these terms and conditions provided in its entirety. The Mentee also accepts that using this mentorship service is entirely voluntary, at their own risk, and their discretion.
7.) Teachings:
-Any teaching content provided either free or purchased course(s) through our website is for educational purposes. The content may be distributed either through audio or video replay or download.
-Any content may not be used without our permission as we hold the trademark rights to the content created through Lorilei Cooley International Ministries dba Lorilei Cooley Ministries. Please review the intellectual property rights we hold under the corresponding section on this policies page.
-It is important that you yourself seek the first Lord in all things concerning your life for clarity, direction, understanding, revelation, wisdom, and confirmation etc.
-It is also important to not only seek the Lord for all things concerning your life but read the bible for yourself for clarity, direction, understanding, wisdom, revelation, and confirmation etc. His word is first and foremost.
-Reminder: Any teaching that you receive through any ministry should bring clarity, direction, understanding, wisdom, revelation, and confirmation to you, it should not bring confusion or contradict the word of God itself or what God has spoken to you.
8.) Donations:
-It is not required, nor does any person(s), groups(s), parties, affiliation(s) and/or any organization(s) obligated, nor required to give or donate or provide any other financial support to this ministry.
-Any donation that is received to us is voluntarily and received to us as a gift.
-In addition, some and/or partial of the donations received, may be used to support and/or give to other ministries and/or other ministry organizations as gifts.
-We will never not contact any person(s), groups(s), parties, affiliation(s) and/or any other organization(s) asking for money, solicit, or request any financial support to this ministry or any other organization.
-If, someone has reached out to you asking for money portraying or imposing as to be part of, affiliated or connected to Lorilei Cooley Ministries please contact us immediately.
-All contributions received (donations and gifts) are tax deductible. No goods or services will be provided in exchange from any of the voluntary donations/gifts that are received.
-Monthly Partner donations can be cancelled at anytime, as there is no obligation to partner. If you decide to cancel, in doing so you will lose login account access to all courses & study guides content. You must maintain an active monthly partnership to have continued access. If, for example, you started your monthly partnership on the 3rd and decide to cancel on the 15th, then you will only have login access until the 2nd of the following month.
9.) Returns & Refunds:
-Refund policy for donations:
-We do not offer any refunds for any of the donations and/or gifts that are received for any reason.
-Refund policy for all non-digital (tangible) items:
-Full refunds will be given only for purchases made through our online store within 30 days of the date of purchase. Less the seller fees charged to us by Pay Pal, and the S&H initially charged to ship the items to the customer.
-If for example, your order total is $29.00 and the Pay Pal seller fees are $1.50 and the S&H is $7.00, the total amount refunded to the customer/buyer after the item(s) have been returned to the original form of payment is $20.50.
-If you made a purchase and the item(s) have not shipped yet, and you decide you want to cancel you order and get a refund, please contact us here, so we can cancel your order and issue you a full refund less the Pay Pal seller fees.
-PayPal is the payment processing system we use to process sale purchases, when refunds are given they do not refund seller fees. For more information about PayPal's Refund policy, visit their website directly at https://developer.paypal.com/api/nvp-soap/paypal-payments-standard/admin/refunds/
-If the item(s) have already been shipped and you still wanted a refund, you as the customer/buyer will be responsible for the return shipping & handling costs.
-If returning anointing oil that was purchased, it must be unopened and unused for a full refund. Opened and used items are not refundable to the customer.
-Once, the item has been received and inspected, refund to the original form of payment will take 1-7 business days depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
-For refunds, please contact us here. In the context of the email, please include the order #, date of purchase, total amount, and tracking # for the return.
-If any of the items arrive damaged, please file a claim through the United States Post Office (USPS). For more information on where to file a claim, please visit the below link and look under 'claims.' https://www.usps.com/ship/insurance-extra-services.html
-Depending on the matter of the circumstances of the damaged item and/or items, we can assist with replacing if the United States Post Office (USPS) claim that was filed was rejected and they will not reimburse you (customer) for the damaged items. Proof will need to be provided to us from the United States Post Office (USPS) that the claim was rejected, such as a copy of the rejected claim with the claim number and details in order for us to replace any of the damaged that were items received.
-We will send a replacement package of the damaged item and/or item(s) if applicable. However, this solely depends on the situation and if the claim was rejected or not through the United States Post Office (USPS).
-We will carefully review and consider the matter as each situation will be different and will be measured accordingly. For replacement item and/or item(s), we will send the exact replacement of the damaged item and/or item(s) to the customer/buyer at no cost to the customer for shipping & handling.
Refund policy for all digital (downloadable) items:
-If you purchase any digital content and the digital content has not been downloaded, you can request a refund and receive a full refund for the purchase within 30 days of purchase.
-If the digital content was purchased and downloaded, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
-If the digital content was purchased and you are not satisfied with the digital content for any reason, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
-Digital content sales are final unless digital content was not downloaded, then it is eligible for a refund.

-Discount codes that are offered to our monthly partners are only for partners, these discount codes cannot be used for non-partners.

1.) Overview: Lorilei Cooley International Ministries dba Lorilei Cooley Ministries is a Non-Profit Corporation with a 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. Lorilei Cooley Ministries operates and functions in a prophetic and apostolic ministry to help teach, train, and equip others in the body of Christ through; the prophetic, counseling, mentoring, teaching, and equipping through group and public settings. These areas are not limited to what has just been mentioned, but also other areas where help can be provided that is ministry-related. Our vision and goal is to use these various areas of ministry mentioned above to encourage, edify, build, and uplift the body of Christ corporately.
2.) Social Media: The social media platforms that we use are; Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Weebly. We use these social media outlets for the sole purpose of fulfilling what the Lord has called us to do. Below are practices and policies for such use.
-The social media platform(s) that we use are a constituent part of our ministry, as we are mainly a social media and itinerant-based ministry. These platforms are used to release content from our ministry via written on a post, our website, released through our mailing list or released in a video (fb live or a video uploaded onto YouTube) through the social media platforms that we use to operate in our ministry.
-Any negative comments, any form of harassment, or other derogatory comments that is deemed inappropriate is not okay and will be reviewed and/or taken action as necessary as follows; the comment removed and/or that individual will be blocked on that social media platform to avoid and prevent further inappropriate behavior.
-The usage of these different social media outlets is only for the usage to release content or other ministry to the public. Any ministry released whether it is through prophetic word(s) and other content is not for self-promotion, advertisement, marketing or to seek out any other personal means or gain.
-In the different social media avenues that we use to share content it is posted publicly for everyone to view, share, and engage with. If you comment on the post or thread, then you are voluntarily consenting/agreeing for it to be made visible to all of the public to see and when you do post on the thread, it gives us permission to use the content that you post and share. This also applies if we do a Facebook live video and that video is also uploaded on YouTube for replay.
-When commenting on a post, video, or on our website please use discretion and be mindful that your comments are made available to the public eye to view. If you wish for your comment or post to be removed please email us and let us know to have it removed and taken down.
-If you comment or post within the thread of one of our posts, a live video or the replay of the video or tag us in a post; promoting your ministry, sharing links to your ministry website, where your book or other merchandise related to your ministry can be purchased, or to promote your ministry event it will be automatically removed and/or you may be blocked from any and all our social media accounts. Any post or video released through this ministry is to only release what the Lord wants to share and it is not for personal gain, public attention, or for self-promotion.
-If you have something you wan to promote for your ministry, please use your own social media account to share and promote your ministry. The social media accounts that we have pertaining to this ministry is not an outlet for other ministries to promote their ministry. Our intent is not for self-promotion for ourselves, through the use of the various social media outlets but to fulfill the mandate that the Lord has placed on our lives through the use of such outlets.
-If content is shared on any of our social media accounts from other ministries it is not for personal promotion such as; speaking engagement fliers with other ministries. If there is such, it will be use to make the public aware that Lorilei is speaking at an event and not using the speaking engagement flier for personal gain.
-We send out any written content and updates to our subscribers through our mailing list. If you respond to any of the emails sent out from our mailing list it give us the opportunity to respond back to that individual. Please know that when the mailing list goes out, majority of the emails sent out is content containing prophetic words. Please know that we are not able to offer any one-on-one ministry through the emails if you respond asking for such advice, you share your personal life circumstances through responding to a mailing list email, you ask us if the prophetic shared is for you, or you ask for prayer requests. 6.) One-On-One Mentorship/Personal Ministry (TERMS AND CONDITIONS):
Mentorship Overview
-The services being provided through the One-On-One Mentorship is between Lorilei Cooley the (Mentor) to the individual (Mentee). This begins on the initial session with Lorilei, and any other sessions scheduled thereafter if applicable.
-The One-On-One Mentorship is designed to help those who may need individual and personal ministry. This could come in various forms of personal ministry through either; prophetic word(s), prayer, inner or physical healing, deliverance, word of knowledge, dream interpretation, insight, revelation, clarity, direction, guidance, and/or other personal breakthrough. This will happen through the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit.
-Any personal ministry and mentorship conducted during the session will be led Holy Spirit led through Lorilei. Lorilei will only release, speak, and share whatever the Lord prompts, leads her to do, and/or move upon, -- nothing outside of the leading of the Holy Spirit.
-Lorilei wants to make that sure you receive all that the Lord wants to release over you during the session—so be prepared when you login onto the session and know that time is limited, and that each session(s) will go by quickly.
-When you come to the session, come expecting directly from the Lord and not from Lorilei as Lorilei is only the vessel that the Lord is using to minister personally to you and to help facilitate breakthrough(s) into your life.
-Please don't come expecting Lorilei to prophesy the entire session. The purpose of the session is for you to come and receive what the Lord has for you and wants to do in your life. For example, it may be healing or realignment and not a prophetic word, however, the Lord moves be open to receive what He wants to do and not what you want the Lord to do for you.
-Each session(s) will vary depending on the leading of the Lord and if there is more than one session scheduled with the Mentee. They will not all the same.
-The acceptance of the Mentorship Terms & Conditions by the Mentee acknowledges that Lorilei Cooley is not a registered psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist, certified life coach, or licensed counselor, or provides any mental health services.
Software Use & Live Video Session
-All sessions are conducted on Google Meet through a live video and audio interaction. We highly recommend that you make sure that you have the application (app) on your device and access to it, to ensure that you can login in successfully before the scheduled mentorship session.
-If you don’t have Google Meet you will then need to create a Gmail account if you don’t have one already to access Google Meet.
-The live video one-on-one mentorship sessions are not recorded, and no video or audio replay will be available for playback.
Scheduled Sessions
-The scheduled session(s) are paid upon scheduling the session. If for whatever reason you need to reschedule your session for another date and time, and you have already paid for the session. You can do so through your Setmore account. This account should have been created upon scheduling the initial session.
-Before each scheduled session(s) you must review and accept the terms and conditions of our One-on-One Mentorship program. The scheduled session will not occur until the terms and conditions have been reviewed and accepted by the Mentee. This will occur for each scheduled session(s).
-Upon scheduling a one-on-one session, please make sure that if you have any questions, or things that you want to discuss or share -- be prepared and ready before the session starts so that you can discuss with Lorilei during the session(s).
-All scheduled sessions with the Mentee must be 18 years or older. If you are 18 years or younger minor, then you must be accompanied by an adult. No exceptions.
Cancellations
-If the Mentee needs to cancel their scheduled session at any time, please do so at least 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled session. Canceled sessions can be rescheduled as long as it is at least 24 hours in advance.
-If you cancel the sessions in less than 24 hours or don’t show up to your scheduled session there is no refund for the scheduled session. Remember you are paying for the scheduled time with Lorilei.
Confidentiality
-All information shared through the scheduled sessions is kept confidential and private. No information will be shared for any solicitation or marketing purposes with any other outside third-party entities, and/or other organizations.
-All information shared through each session(s) will remain strictly confidential between Lorilei (Mentor) and the individual (Mentee). In only such rare instances where it is required by law that the court might issue a subpoena to obtain or gather any information.
-If the Mentee chooses for Lorilei to speak to anyone outside of the scheduled sessions on their behalf, the Mentee will need to give Lorilei Cooley Ministries written permission. This could be done via email or by mail.

-There are exceptions to confidentiality that relate to circumstances such as; if there is intent to seriously harm someone, suicidal thoughts, threats, or any abuse.
-Acceptance to the Mentorship Terms & Conditions is that Lorilei Cooley (Mentor) of Lorilei Cooley Ministries will keep all confidentiality regarding any of the one-on-one mentorship session(s) conducted with the Mentee.
-Any information disclosed to another, or any other outside entity is at the written permission and consent of the Mentee.
Service
-Any funds collected for each mentorship session it is considered a service and not a donation. It is not considered tax-deductible therefore you will not receive a Year-End Donation Statement for any services provided through Lorilei Cooley Ministries. That is only for donations.
Refund Policy
-There are no refunds for any of the sessions, as you are paying for the time scheduled with Lorilei to conduct the one-on-one mentorship session with you.
Time Zone
-We are located in Arizona, United States of America (USA), and in Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone. All sessions will be scheduled in this time zone. You will want to check your time zone to ensure that it aligns with the (MST) to schedule a convenient time that works for you.
Disclosures
-The One-On-One Mentorship is just to help guide and facilitate what the Lord wants to do in the Mentee’s life. This is a resource that is available to those who need personal individual ministry. Don’t rely on the mentorship more than the Lord as He is your direct number one source for all things.
-The One-On-One Mentorship is not required nor a requirement to take the mentorship. We will never coerce anyone to take the mentorship. The mentorship is voluntary to the individual/Mentee. There is no obligation to continue the mentorship at any time.
-It is for you to seek out the Lord wholeheartedly, willingly, and on your own for a complete and full understanding of what the Lord is saying to you in all things concerning your life, dreams, visions, word of knowledge, revelation, or whatever it may be that the Lord is revealing to you. You must seek Him first for confirmation, clarity, direction, understanding, insight, revelation, wisdom, and guidance.
-Please don’t come to each session(s) expecting Lorilei to have the answers to everything that you may ask. You will have to make decisions based on your own free will and on what you feel the Lord leading you to do not because someone told you to do it.
Release of Liability
-Each person who chooses to partake in paying for a scheduled One-On-One Mentorship session with Lorilei through Lorilei Cooley Ministries it is aware and understands that it is at your own personal risk and discretion.
-Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries will not be held liable for any personal decisions that you make in your life, situation(s), or circumstance(s) that are not the intended outcome that you wanted because of the session(s).
-The One-On-One Mentorship is a service that provides a variety of mentorship as mentioned above in the mentorship section of the Mentorship Terms & Conditions. The Mentee is aware that mentorship is in no way to be construed or substituted as any psychological or mental health counseling or any other type of advice.
-The Mentee understands and acknowledges that Lorilei and Lorilei Cooley Ministries will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the actions that a Mentee may or may not undertake because of any of the mentorship session(s).
-No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the Mentee requesting such advice agrees not to hold Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries responsible or anything liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord.
-The method and process by which this advice and direction is given is in no manner whatsoever, written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the Mentor or Lorilei Cooley Ministries and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than any clinical and medical counseling.
-This mentorship service is requested at the Mentee’s discretion and their own responsibility. Any actions or lack of actions taken by the Mentee of such advice is done so solely by the choice and responsibility of the Mentee and it is neither the responsibility nor liability of Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries.
-The Mentee takes full responsibility for the decisions that they make after being mentored as well as the consequences of any of their actions after each session(s). The Mentee enters the One-On-One mentorship with full understanding that they are responsible for any decisions they make after each mentorship session(s).
-In no event shall Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from any one-on-one mentorship conducted with the Mentee.
-Lorilei Cooley and Lorilei Cooley Ministries are released from all liability that could be held against Lorilei or Lorilei Cooley Ministries.
Acknowledgement & Acceptance
-You the (Mentee) acknowledges that you have read and understand the Mentorship Terms & Conditions and expectations of Lorilei as Mentor through Lorilei Cooley Ministries as highlighted in this document. If there are any further questions or inquiries that the Mentee may have about the One-On-One Mentorship, the Mentee acknowledges that they have asked before the digital acceptance of this document and before each session(s). The acceptance of the Mentorship Terms & Conditions indicates that the Mentee has read and fully understands these terms and conditions provided in its entirety. The Mentee also accepts that using this mentorship service is entirely voluntary, at their own risk, and their discretion.
7.) Teachings:
-Any teaching content provided either free or purchased course(s) through our website is for educational purposes. The content may be distributed either through audio or video replay or download.
-Any content may not be used without our permission as we hold the trademark rights to the content created through Lorilei Cooley International Ministries dba Lorilei Cooley Ministries. Please review the intellectual property rights we hold under the corresponding section on this policies page.
-It is important that you yourself seek the first Lord in all things concerning your life for clarity, direction, understanding, revelation, wisdom, and confirmation etc.
-It is also important to not only seek the Lord for all things concerning your life but read the bible for yourself for clarity, direction, understanding, wisdom, revelation, and confirmation etc. His word is first and foremost.
-Reminder: Any teaching that you receive through any ministry should bring clarity, direction, understanding, wisdom, revelation, and confirmation to you, it should not bring confusion or contradict the word of God itself or what God has spoken to you.
8.) Donations:
-It is not required, nor does any person(s), groups(s), parties, affiliation(s) and/or any organization(s) obligated, nor required to give or donate or provide any other financial support to this ministry.
-Any donation that is received to us is voluntarily and received to us as a gift.
-In addition, some and/or partial of the donations received, may be used to support and/or give to other ministries and/or other ministry organizations as gifts.
-We will never not contact any person(s), groups(s), parties, affiliation(s) and/or any other organization(s) asking for money, solicit, or request any financial support to this ministry or any other organization.
-If, someone has reached out to you asking for money portraying or imposing as to be part of, affiliated or connected to Lorilei Cooley Ministries please contact us immediately.
-All contributions received (donations and gifts) are tax deductible. No goods or services will be provided in exchange from any of the voluntary donations/gifts that are received.
-Monthly Partner donations can be cancelled at anytime, as there is no obligation to partner. If you decide to cancel, in doing so you will lose login account access to all courses & study guides content. You must maintain an active monthly partnership to have continued access. If, for example, you started your monthly partnership on the 3rd and decide to cancel on the 15th, then you will only have login access until the 2nd of the following month.
9.) Returns & Refunds:
-Refund policy for donations:
-We do not offer any refunds for any of the donations and/or gifts that are received for any reason.
-Refund policy for all non-digital (tangible) items:
-Full refunds will be given only for purchases made through our online store within 30 days of the date of purchase. Less the seller fees charged to us by Pay Pal, and the S&H initially charged to ship the items to the customer.
-If for example, your order total is $29.00 and the Pay Pal seller fees are $1.50 and the S&H is $7.00, the total amount refunded to the customer/buyer after the item(s) have been returned to the original form of payment is $20.50.
-If you made a purchase and the item(s) have not shipped yet, and you decide you want to cancel you order and get a refund, please contact us here, so we can cancel your order and issue you a full refund less the Pay Pal seller fees.

-If the item(s) have already been shipped and you still wanted a refund, you as the customer/buyer will be responsible for the return shipping & handling costs.
-If returning anointing oil that was purchased, it must be unopened and unused for a full refund. Opened and used items are not refundable to the customer.
-Once, the item has been received and inspected, refund to the original form of payment will take 1-7 business days depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
-For refunds, please contact us here. In the context of the email, please include the order #, date of purchase, total amount, and tracking # for the return.

-Depending on the matter of the circumstances of the damaged item and/or items, we can assist with replacing if the United States Post Office (USPS) claim that was filed was rejected and they will not reimburse you (customer) for the damaged items. Proof will need to be provided to us from the United States Post Office (USPS) that the claim was rejected, such as a copy of the rejected claim with the claim number and details in order for us to replace any of the damaged that were items received.
-We will send a replacement package of the damaged item and/or item(s) if applicable. However, this solely depends on the situation and if the claim was rejected or not through the United States Post Office (USPS).
-We will carefully review and consider the matter as each situation will be different and will be measured accordingly. For replacement item and/or item(s), we will send the exact replacement of the damaged item and/or item(s) to the customer/buyer at no cost to the customer for shipping & handling.
Refund policy for all digital (downloadable) items:
-If you purchase any digital content and the digital content has not been downloaded, you can request a refund and receive a full refund for the purchase within 30 days of purchase.
-If the digital content was purchased and downloaded, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
-If the digital content was purchased and you are not satisfied with the digital content for any reason, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
-Digital content sales are final unless digital content was not downloaded, then it is eligible for a refund.
Partner Discount Codes:
-Discount codes that are offered to our monthly partners are only for partners, these discount codes cannot be used for non-partners.
-If the a non-partner uses a discount code then the order will be refunded less the Pay Pal Seller fees (PayPal does not refund the fees) and you have to place the order again without the discount code.
-Our ministry is based in the United States of America (USA) and there laws that pertain to legal restrictions about processing and doing refunds for donations that we must abide by.
-If there is any transaction that seems fraudulent, suspicious or raises a red flag we will contact both the vendor that processes payments and/or authorities if necessary or required to report it.

-All purchases are shipped out within 1-3 business days.
-All purchases made through our online store are shipped through the United States Post Office (USPS) through Ground Advantage shipping, estimated delivery time 2-5 days.
-All item(s) will be shipped together no split shipping.

-Anointing Oil - $7.00 and $3.50 each additional bottle
-Mug & Tumbler Bundles - $9.00 and $4.50 each additional bundle
-Curated Box Sets - $15.00 and $8.00 for each additional box set
-Shipping insurance is included in all purchases for the subtotal value of the purchase only (not including the S&H cost). For example, if your order total is $29.00 which includes $7.00 shipping & handling costs, we will insure will shipping insurance only the total subtotal of the order purchase of $22.00.
-For orders of 11 or more for the anointing oil, for 6 or more orders for the mug/tumbler bundles, or orders of 7 or more for the curated box sets, please contact our office for shipping & handling rates.
-Orders are only shipped within the USA (50 states) and the District of Columbia.
-Currently, we are not shipping internationally.
-Tracking number will be provided once they are shipped for all items purchased.
-If purchased item(s) are not deliverable due to an incorrect address, or misspelled address, and returned to us for any reason the customer/buyer is responsible for paying the S&H costs again in order for us to reship the purchased item(s).
11.) Intellectual Property Rights:
-Occasionally, we will broadcast a video publicly on various social media platforms such as: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, on our website, or even sent via email to our mailing list subscribers. If this happens, we have the right to maintain our claim of intellectual property rights to any of those videos broadcasted.
-When the videos occur whether you participate in the live video or watch replay, you are consenting to the video recording of your voluntary participation and/or the use of the video recording and/or replay of you. You meaning. if you comment on the feed of the live video or replay we have the right to video and it's entirety.
-No compensation will be given to you for any kind of participation to and for our ministry. Any participation is voluntary and not required from any person(s).
-As it is described and specified in this clause of our policies, you voluntarily consent to the refurnishing of any of your comments, posts and/or emails that are from your participation. Whether it is in whole or in part of your contribution that is in the continuity flow of our supply of information and/or resources, and for the refurnishing or reproduction of that to become part of our intellectual property.
-For our Logo, Trademark, trade names and/or service marks they cannot be used without prior permission or consent
-Trademark Rights: Per the United States Trademark and Patent Office the registered trademark rights to our name and any of the content that this ministry outputs whether it be a prophetic word, mentorship, other content, or video releasing the written content audibly without permission or using it to make it your own is a violation of trademark infringement to the trademark rights we own for the name and content released. This can become a legal matter if the copied content is used without our permission and if it is used for personal gain or to make money off of it.
