- What time zone are we in?
- We are in Mountain Standard Time (MST) time zone.
- Does the time zone adjust when scheduling a session?
- Upon scheduling a session through the Setmore the booking system that we use, it will auto-adjust on your end to the time zone that you reside in, this only applies if you are in a different time zone other than MST.
- Should I come prepared for the session?
- For scheduled mentorship session(s), please make sure that if you have any questions, things that you want to discuss or share come prepared and ready before the session starts so that you can discuss with Lorilei during your scheduled time.
- What video conference service do you use?
- All scheduled mentorship sessions are done through Google Meet, please ensure that you have this application (app) on your device, phone, tablet, or computer etc., that you will use to login before your scheduled session.
- Should I arrive early to my scheduled session?
- The scheduled session will start and end promptly, arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time and wait in the waiting room to ensure smooth connection and login with Microsoft Teams.
- Is video playback available after the mentorship session?
- No, at this time, we have a basic Google Meet plan and the record feature is not available for us to record the live session, therefore, playback will not be available.
- How old do I have to be scheduled a mentorship session?
- You must be 18 years or older for mentorship, if 18 and younger you must be accompanied by an adult, no exceptions.
- Can I cancel or reschedule my scheduled mentorship session?
- Lorilei takes the time to prepare for each session. If you need to cancel or reschedule we are require at least a 24 hours advance to do so, this is a general courtesy to Lorilei.
- How do I reschedule my scheduled mentorship session?
- To reschedule your scheduled session, please visit Setmore to reschedule. An Account should have been created upon booking your first scheduled session.
- What happens if I don't cancel within 24 hours or show up to my scheduled session?
- If you cancel a scheduled session(s) in less than 24 hours OR don’t show up to the scheduled session. There is no refund for the scheduled session and that paid session cannot be rescheduled.
- Under certain circumstances a session(s) that was cancelled or was a no show within 24 hours can be rescheduled, if it was an emergency situation. Please review our Terms & Conditions for exceptions.
- If you cancel a scheduled session(s) in less than 24 hours OR don’t show up to the scheduled session. There is no refund for the scheduled session and that paid session cannot be rescheduled.
- Is the scheduled mentorship session refundable?
- The sessions are non-refundable as you are paying for the time scheduled with Lorilei. Lorilei sets aside the time to pray and prepare for the each session ahead of time, and to conduct the one-on-one mentorship session with you. This takes time and resources, please understand this before scheduling a session.
