When you Inner Circle Changes

In this blog I want to share some revelatory insight, practical steps and answer questions within this blog that you may have about this topic titled, "When your inner circle changes..."

Normally as I write these blogs they are also coupled with the prophetic words that are being released. Lately, I have been writing prophetic words about alignments changing and this has been for some time now. As the alignments are changing, it has been because the Lord has been transitioning many from a old season and chapter in your life into a new one. When a new a season comes, it also comes with new alignments and new assignments.

I really felt that we have crossed over into a new season, a season unlike what we have been in before. With crossing over into this new season, inner circles have changed as not everyone can walk with you into your new season. Letting go of people is not easy, especially, when it is someone close to you and you have known for a long time it can be difficult. 

Jesus had 12 disciples but only three were close with him Peter, James and John. Jesus understood and knew the importance of having a small circle and who to keep close. Not everyone can walk close with you or can you share secrets with. It is wisdom to ask the Lord in this season who should be there and who  is supposed to be in your 'inner circle.' 

Many may have experienced delay and things being held up because of having wrong alignments or alignments that needed to be moved in the past season. The enemy will even send wrong alignments masquerading or appearing as the right alignments. just to detour you. It is important to have discernment and make sure that when alignments do come into your life that they are the right alignments. When wrong alignments are in your life it will cause delay, become a distraction, drain and take your energy, bring chaos and unnecessary warfare into your atmosphere. The Lord wants to have healthy relationships and alignments ones that are of covenant.  

When you are in a new season you have to let go, separate and detach from things, situations and especially people to move forward into the new, hence, "When your inner circle changes..."

Questions to ponder on:

• Why did my inner circle change? Not everyone can walk with you going into a new season and new assignments. Inner circles change when people don't grow, mature with you and choose to stay stuck. When this happens you have to let go, separate and detach from those alignments. If you don't they will keep you stuck because they are stuck, this is because of the lack of willingness for them to grow and mature while walking with you. Alignments also change because of assignments, someone could have been able to walk with you in a previous season and time, but could no longer walk into the new season with you. It could be for several reasons, they could not handle the assignment with the mantle or anointing that they currently carry, they didn't have the character or maturity, wrong motives, jealously, they were not mature enough to handle where you are going, or they would have not been able to handle your promotion season.
• Why did those alignments hurt & betray me?  When the Lord is going to move you into a new season, new assignments and into upgrade He has to move and rearrange alignments. When alignments shift and change there will usually be some kind of pain, hurt, or betrayal in which the Lord uses this to separate you from them. The Lord uses this to actually untangle and separate you from things that are not conducive to your new season. If that person hurt or betrayed you, they were toxic all along and toxicity is unhealthy, unproductive and unfruitful. Not all alignments hurt and betray, in rarity alignments will shift and change just because of the season change. 
• How come I didn't see how they were before? A lot of times many don't see it because either you were spiritually blind to their ways, too close in the relationship with them to see those hidden things, or you may have brushed those things under the rug or in other words ignored those 'red flags.' A lot of times that person was already that way and it took a challenging situation to arise and time to bring those those hidden things to the surface. 

Here are 10 practical steps to consider when your inner circle changes:

1. When you separate from someone because of hurt, pain or betrayal know it is them not you
2. When betrayal happens in an alignment separation, know that the Lord uses this pain to birth you into the new and it makes room for the new alignments to come in
3. When they betray you it is because they weren't going to let go, so the pain was necessary to separate you because they were benefiting from being connected to you, hence, the pain
4. God wants healthy alignments in your life that will support you in the right way
5. When alignments separate through betrayal or pain, the Lord actually uses this to get you out of something that was not good for you to begin with
6. Let go when the Lord tells you to let go, holding on will keep you stuck and prolong birthing, healing and deliverance from that alignment
7. If that alignment changed because of betrayal know they were not the right alignments to begin with
8. The Lord will use the wrong alignments to teach us, make you wiser and bring greater discernment
9. God wants you to have covenant alignments that are healthy, fruitful and supportive
10. Don't try to reconnect, reattach or realign with alignments that God moved out of your life as it will just repeat the delay cycle

Some scriptures for you to mediate and renew your mind on:

Matthew 17:1-3 'Six days later Jesus chose Peter, James and his brother John, to accompany him high up on the hill-side where they were quite alone. There his whole appearance changed before their eyes, his face shining like the sun and his clothes as white as light. Then Moses and Elijah were seen talking to Jesus.'

1 Samuel 18:1  'After David had finished talking with Saul, Jonathan became one in spirit with David, and he loved him as himself.'

1 Samuel 18:3 'And Jonathan and David made a covenant because he loved him as himself.'

Prayer for you to pray, declare and decree:

Lord, thank you for bringing me into a new season that will bring forth the right covenant alignments and into my new assignments. Remove, cut, and sever any wrong alignments out my life that are not suppose to be there anymore so that it makes room for the new ones to come in. If there are any past alignments that have hurt and betrayed me Lord I forgive, release and bless them. Lord, bring any healing, deliverance and restoration from any hurt into my heart from any of those past alignments from any past season of my life. Lord, you have already orchestrated the timing for these new alignments to come into my life, send your angels to go before me to help bring those right covenant alignments to come into my at the right place and right time in Jesus Name!

Let this word bless, encourage, bring insight, activate and impart into you for these past few months that we have been in with alignments changing and in your inner circle shifting!
